"The house was lovely and in a great location. The beach is accessible via a short walk down the street (like 2 houses down). The house is situated above the retaining wall of the beach that, during high-tide, waves crash into. When the tide recedes, the beach opens up for recreation. We saw many dolphins, pelicans, gulls, and an occasional sea lion. The house is spacious and has all the amenities needed. Appreciate the stay, would visit again.
