"Be aware that for this price in Miami, you are booking accommodation in an area you need to be careful around, with guests who have any openly admitted history of drug taking and crime. I needed a one night stay in Miami and did not realise that, as a solo traveller/backpacker I felt quite out of place here. Considering this, I had no issues, my roommates were kind and check in was easy."

They told us the room was ready but did not clean anything, bathrooms, unvacuumed carpets, dirty fridge, and smelled like weed. Once these issues were remediated it was a much better experience. The property manager should better train and monitor the cleaning stuff to make sure they do a consistent job"
