"One of the internal sliding windows, which was about 1.5 metres, jumped out of its rails when I was closing it smashed and just about took me out with it, they were so good about it moving us to a superior room, they couldn’t apologise enough, even though I kept saying to the, it’s not your fault these things happen "

"Well placed hotel, walking distance from the main high street and octagon. 5th floor suite rather tired in decor with wallpaper coming away from ceiling. Excellent staff, very welcoming and friendly. Parking is chargeable. Breakfast buffet somewhat limited in selection, but quality was ok. "
