"The location on the Snake River is incredible and we had an amazing time with our 3 teenage children and our parents. We enjoyed the TV area, deck, boat launch, and fire pit. The owners were prompt to respond with questions. Three things made this trip 4 instead of 5 stars. First, the mattresses and bedding were very poor (30 yr old mattresses on every bed, some old bedding, some new but very cheep bedding on other beds). "Location and view at this property was spectacular. The property was a little dirty but not terrible. Perhaps they don't clean prior to each new renter if it has been a while.
