"We pulled in late in the afternoon, easy entrance to the Cottage with instructions provided. Just as pictured, very clean, WiFi provided worked well. We didn’t need anything other than food and toiletries… plenty of room inside and a fire pit and grill outside. 3 full size beds, was a tight squeeze for my husband and I, because our Poodle Cookie is used to sleeping in a King…lol but we managed. "We stayed here to fish and enjoy some downtime with my daughter and father and it was wonderful. The cottage is cozy and very well stocked with things you’d need for a stay without having to worry! It was a very quiet area and has direct access to the river, which we loved. It was great for my father who is getting older and doesn’t get around as well as he used to. "The cabin is so cozy and I love how the backward was woods. The bed was comfy and my spouse is in a wheelchair and he was able to get around the cabin easily. There is the Fox Barn winery, Farmhouse Restaurant, Stoney Lake Inn restaurant, silver lake sand dunes, and the best breakfast sandwiches at the dune store! Our stay was perfect…I can’t wait to stay here again. The perfect couples cabin. The hosts really pay attention to detail! It was perfect! "

"Had a wonderful stay in peak autumn with our young kids. The cottage felt like home. I loved that the property has a beautiful view on the hill but a nice flat spot of lawn for the kids to run on at the lake. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat around the island. Quiet area, very peaceful. Clean comfortable living quarters. Thank you for sharing your cottage!"

"We always have a freat time at Silver Lake. Overall cleanliness seemed ok compared to sleeping in a tent. Cabin could use some TLC. Located on a very busy corner."

"The outdoor space was larger than anticipated and the beach even easier to access than expected - very few steps, gorgeous views, and a unique spot right by the river emptying into Lake MI. The house was very clean and had great beach / backyard games and accessories. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a Lake Mi beach getaway!"

"Kevin was such a great host! His family’s place on the lake is a great place to relax and enjoy water activities. We rented their very nice pontoon boat to do some tubing and fishing. Everyone also enjoyed the kayaks as well as fishing off of the dock. The house had plenty of space to accommodate all 6 of us. Ludington and Pentwater are just a short drive away if you need to find a restaurant for dining out or do some shopping. Just be aware that the roads leading to the house are not paved but...
