"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

"No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe. "

"The host Christiane made us very welcome, suggesting several interesting local events. She went out of her way to find us a local vet for our dogs checkup prior to our return home. The ground floor apartment was ideal, warm and comfortable in a perfect location not only for the beautiful coast and beaches (10 mins walk) but also for the city of Brugge (25 mins drive), so much to see and do in this fascinating area. "Great apartment with wonderful sea views. Everything that we needed for a great holiday. Communication with Ann was easy with immediate replies. Location was excellent with tram stop outside where you can buy tickets. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance. Some nice touches like binoculars to view the many shipsat night. Record player and records, books, games etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Oostende."
