"I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"Everything went according to plan.The only negative comment we have was the litter in the street but the whole of London was grubby. This is not helped by large numbers of dogs using christmas displays and planters as a toilet.We hope to stay again at this property.Friendly staff."

"I miss the mirror in the bedroom. The mirror in the bathroom was too far so it was difficult to get a good visibility of the face. We miss the microwave very much. "

"Great spacious two bedroom apartment. Very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly. Tube station less than a 5 minute walk, Bakerloo line. Plenty of supermarkets or takeaways around the apartments if wanting to eat in."

"Comfortable, cosy and well equipped, a perfect little pad for a weekend in London. And ideal to stay in the City as it's so much quieter at the weekend than central areas."

"Great little (tiny!) apartment that was perfect for a solo trip. Convenient location- easy walk to the tube and various stores, restaurants, cafes etc. Used the kitchen to make a couple of meals (pots, pans and utensils provided but no oil). A bit noisy as you can hear people in the hallway and going in/out of their rooms but nothing too bad. "

"It's a bit further out than I am used to but tbh a short walk to DLR makes getting anywhere easy. Place was spotless. My only negative was there was no milk left even though there was coffee and t bags.. Lots of codes to remember to get in somaje sure you always have a copy to hand. "

"Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option."

"The apartment was spacious. The staff were nice and accommodated our early arrival needs. It was convenient to get to the King’s College on Strand and walkable to many iconic streets and places. We highly recommend it. "

"It was exactly as advertised. I needed a small clean place to get ready in the morning and sleep at night. Easy access to the train and underground stations. "

"Whilst I quite enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of things that weren’t very good - for context I was staying in a ground floor flat facing the street… once it gets dark, there are lights that shine on the building all night, which no timer or anything. There are no block out blinds, just wooden boards that you pull out, which don’t do a great job at keeping the light out - this means that the light shines on you all night. I’m quite a heavy sleeper so this wasn’t a massive issue for me, but...

"The stay was good, checked in very late but called the number in the email and was helped with the checking in process. The apartment had everything we needed and was tidy."

"Excellent Location. Literally across the street from Liverpool street station. Can be noisy, especially with sirens since the Bishopsgate police station is around the corner, but didn't really bother me. Would probably stay there again, but with no lift, I would ask for a lower level floor (I was on 3rd)"

It's a little bit outside of the usual tourist city places so it's a little quieter, especially on the weekends. "The Apex was lovely! And the price was great! My daughter got ill and the staff went above and beyond to tend to her needs with extra quilts , towels, water, and ice. The room wasn’t spacious but it was outfitted nicely and served us well. Bathroom was spacious with a lovely deep tub and walk-in shower. It was very clean and well appointed throughout. Enjoyed a wonderful meal at lazy Ballerina’s bar. Would highly recommend."
