Cocoa Cottage with a Private in-Ground Pool

Welcome to the Cocoa Cottage, one of the original Milton Hershey homes, built for chocolate factory staff in the late 1920's. The cottage is situated in the heart of downtown Hershey, where on any given day the scent of chocolate fills the air! It is nestled within one block of the Best Restaurants, Cafes, Hershey's Live Theater, Parks, Italian Market and even Zoo America! The Cottage boasts the best seats in town for all fireworks celebrations on New Years Eve and the Fourth of July!

During the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day your family can enjoy a private salt water in-ground swimming pool, gas grill and deck with a view of Hershey Park's rollercoasters! This house is available year round for a family vacation, reunions or a cozy get-away. Monthly rentals are available if you're here on business or relocating.

Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds with TV/DVD players. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. If you need an additional bed there is a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All you need to do is pack your suitcase!

Perfect amenities
A very clean and inviting home that was within walking distances of good restaurants. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a warm day at Hershey Park. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary dishes and utensils. We had a great 5 day vacation!

Loved having all the amenities and linens available. Great walking distance of the market, shopping, MeltSpa, Hershey Museum and Theater. Would definitely stay there again (and try in summer with the pool to bring the kids).

We 100% recommend this property if visiting Hershey with your family. Great location, great pool, and space for a family. We weren't huge fans of the beds/bedding, but that's personal preference.

Location, location, location! One street off of the Main Street in Hershey. Restaurants and stores walkable! It was great to be at Hersheypark all day and then relax in the pool in the evening.
