"We had the best stay at Arrive in Memphis. We were greeted with the friendliest staff ever! We were traveling with 2 dogs and didn’t know what to expect, but the staff was incredibly friendly, petted the dogs, gave them treats on arrival and took care or us very quickly. The room had a cute dog bed and bowls. We at the Detroit style pizza for dinner and also had the avocado toast in the am and delicious drinks and coffee! If I am ever in Memphis again or traveling through, I will make a point to stay here again. A+++ experience!"

"The Hyatt Centric is perfectly located walking distance between Beale St and the Mississippi River. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. If you’re looking to dine out and explore there are a lot of nice restaurants walking distance, no need to drive. If you don’t want to go out, the hotel has dining options too! Staff is great, Jesus was exceptional during check in, warm and friendly, service like that is a reason to come back! Thank you Hyatt for a perfect NYE evening. "
