"Front desk was SO friendly and sweet! The check in area was decorated for the holidays and made it feel very welcoming. Better water pressure than I have at home lol! Clean floors. Only thing was that the bedframe was tattered and the clothes hangers were really rusted."

"Truly wasn't expecting what was served it met my standards of clean just out dated but microwave was spotless and not even dust on the t.v. the pool was nice when u had a couple of sun days to warm it and it was quiet. I stayed with my dad and my infant son and was comfortable lounging and enjoying the heat with the a.c. just steps away. Perfect area for dining and walking. Bus is only 1.50 to get to Walmart. I'd stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay with the family! The pool and hot tub were the best and we were there most days and most hours of the day! Fishing off the dock was great! We rented a pontoon boat for the day and docked it right in the back then went out to the flats for a fun excursion. Everything we needed including towels, linens, dishware and utensils were included. Linda checked in with us to make sure we arrived okay and answered our text when needed. I read some mixed reviews about the place...

"Property was large enough to handle our family of 7 adults and 6 kids. Location was great being on a canal with direct access access to the Gulf. On the way in we saw a large pod of dolphins which was quite an experience for our grand kids. Over all everyone had a fantastic time."

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "
