We enjoyed having separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a full sized kitchen and (even though it was too cold this time of year) the pool looked beautiful! I was apprehensive about having no self parking and having to call for a ride each time we needed to leave, but the bell service was prompt! "

We were charged a different amount than stated on Hotels.com and an extra $50.00 was added to the bill for incidentals without being told. When I called about it they said it was for incidentals and would be refunded to me in about a week. This seems extreme since anything you would buy would be charged to your card already"

"This is a wonderful resort, extremely clean and any time I needed something it was done immediately. The only complaint that I have is that the pools were absolutely cold. They say it's heated but anyone who went in it said it was freezing. Especially with the cold snap in Florida; it should've been warmed accordingly. Also the main pool (The Lochness) was closed at 6 and a couple of days it closed down at 4 pm. Pools are a main source of entertainment and relaxation. Disappointed in the pool...

"The hotel itself was very nice, check in and out was great. We had breakfast and it was terrible. Pancakes were burnt, my poached eggs were not runny. Everything was cold. The waiter never came back to check on our meal or service. When we complained, the chef said next time he would make it right. If the waiter had come back we could have maybe gotten the meal redone but not even offering us compensation was a slap in the face. We would come back to the hotel if we are in the area but never...

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "
