"I highly suggest this place when travelling to Vienna. The tram (43) is 5 minutes away from the accommodation and takes you right to the city. The train that we took from Vienna Airport is just next to the tram. We even travelled to Hallstatt from here, which was a simple journey. I am from London, so I approached the train/tram map as the underground and then found it easier to manoeuvre. The flat is large, beautiful, and clean. Shops like Lidl and Adli are nearby, and a drugstore like Boots...

"The small one room apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to two grocery stores and the 35a bus. The shower was unfortunately only a little bit warm, not hot. I do recommend to remove extra clutter and cleaning tools from the rooms. But otherwise it was ok for one night. "

"Everything about this place was great, the hosts were super helpful and friendly. Helped us get tickets to all sorts of experiences so we didn’t have to wait in line. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with easy access to two train lines so getting around is very easy. Close to two grocery stores as well so if you want to cook for yourself instead of eating out you can. My recommendation: Stay here, you will not regret it!"

"Wir haben 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht, sind richtig durchgefroren, da die Heizung nicht funktioniert hat, müssten wir mit dem vorhandenem Elektroheizer improvisieren. Der vorhandene Staubsauger hat seine beste Zeit schon längst hinter sich viel im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes auseinander. Vorsicht beim Parken vor dem Apartment, haben Strafzettel bekommen es ist eine Kurzparkzone, diese ist aber leider nicht ausgeschildert. Die wunderschöne Stadt Wien hat unseren Kurzurlaub gerettet. "

"The property was even better than the description on the web-site. It was perfect for two couples with spacious accommodation. The location was very good, quiet in the suburbs but with easy public transport connections to everywhere we wanted to go, and shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance."

"Great apartment, great location. Accurate instructions were provided and property manager checked us in personally. Elevator was too small (could fit in only 2 with small luggages) and there was some construction going on in front of the apartment which was a little noisy."

Another great stay at the Meridien in Vienna

"Great hotel in the centre of Vienna just a couple of minutes walking distance away from the Opera, main shopping area and other atractions like the Hofburg. Very nice restaurant and bar with a lot of food and drink options. The spa is ok including an indoor pool and jackuzzy but the water temperature of the pool was to cold."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the main station (though I initially took a cab, not realizing there was a direct path!). From the moment I checked in, the experience was top-notch. I was upgraded to an executive suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! The bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable that I slept like a baby—truly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The next morning, I was on the hunt for a great cappuccino after experiencing mediocre coffee at my previous location. The gentleman at the front desk recommended a nearby restaurant, and wow, the cappuccino was so good I ended up having two cups! Everything about my stay exceeded expectations, and I will actually be returning again in a few days. Highly recommended!"

"Brought mum for a long weekend. Mooons is conveniently located with lots of travel links and options. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the whole feel of the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. Some building/renovation works taking place, so the decor was unfinished in reception/bar HOWEVER no works being undertaken during our stay so not disruptive at all. The breakfast is AMAZING, and we loved every second of our stay. "

"Great hotel! Amazing location. Walkable to all major attractions. Excellent restaurants. Tram in front of hotel. Beds a great. Could use more storage in rooms. Friendly staff. Perfect 2 week stay in Vienna thanks to the Grand Ferdinand hotel. We will be back."
