"Overall our stay was very enjoyable the chalet was very well equipped and spacious and the hot tub and pool table were a great addition . However, it would have been helpful to have some information relating to use of some of the appliances. We arrived early evening and were not given any introduction as the owner had left. After an 8 hour drive it would have been nice to have had some basic supplies as is normal for this type of property however, we had to go straight out again to find a shop....

"We really enjoyed our stay in Lamoura. The property is beautifully decorated and well appointed and there was a lot to do in the area, including running, cycling and swimming. The large garage was invaluable on rainy days for entertaining the kids and drying washing. My only gripe was the lack of transparency about linen hire, cleaning charges and the need for a 500 euro deposit, neither of which were mentioned in the listing, meaning I didn't bring a cheque book and had to sort it all out...

Les Brasses ski resort was about a 5 minute drive and proved to be a really nice ski resort. We also ventured to the larger resort of Samoens (part of Le Grand Massif ski area) which was about 40 to 50mins drive. "We had a lovely stay. The chalet was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. Comfy bed and beautiful view from the bedroom window. The hosts are really friendly and nice and it was a good central area to do day trips to places like Annecy and Charmonix. Thankyou for a lovely holiday :)"

"Our stay was more than perfect! The property owner was amazing and made us feel right at home. We are a family of three and felt like we fit just fine. The hospitality from the property owner was out of this world and we could not have imagined staying with anyone else. This property sits back on a beautiful mountain ridge with easy access to shops and restaurants on foot. Pictures do not do the view justice. This will not be the last time we stay, for sure!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Chalet d'Alpage. The owners, David and Justine are very nice and helpfull people. The chalet was clean, well equipped, warm and cosy and the log burner is a nice touch. The hot water was super hot and plentiful, and the bathroom had both an excellent shower and a comfortable bath. Nice location and easy acces to all areas of interest (we had a car though). We can't thank enough to David and Justine for all their help and guidance, and we will definitely go back for...
