Note, there are multiple Tivoli hotels at Souq Waqif-- they share the same main lobby building, and the staff will transport you and your luggage on golf carts to your specific building. If you are calling in a driver or taxi, they will likely try to meet you at the main lobby, not your building, FYI."

"I was staying at the Hilton Double Tree old town hotel with friend of mine for 6 nights. I have a pleasant experience due to: Firstly, because of convenient location, as we wanted to explore Doha, Seconds, I impressed of the service, as the members of staff were very attentive and responded to every query which I was needed. I would like to mention Sanae Habibi, Prilika, Kuku San, Khalil....the professional staff at the reception are work efficiently and pleasantly friendly. "From check-in to check-out, every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. The concierge was incredibly helpful, booking us last-minute dinner reservations. West bay location was perfect, easy & cheap to take a taxi to Katara Village or souq near the old town. Food was delicious at the all restaurant, especially at Curiosa."
