"This is a good hotel. It's a bit dated, but you can tell that they are updating the things that matter. The room was very clean, had no smells, which is great, and was toasty warm. The rules for having my dog with me in the room were fair and I believe they made the hotel a nicer place to stay. It was an easy walk to the main street of Washburn and we could easily explore on foot from the hotel. We were warmly welcomed and I would stay here again. The photos of the rooms shown online are accurate. "

"Way off the beaten path at the tippy top of Wisconsin. Room was very nice, great shower, coffee in room, fridge, wave. Sheets were thin on the bed, could use an upgrade. Casino was small, casino bar was full of locals...nice people! Restaurant had good food. Everything affordable and everyone very nice."

"We loved our one night stay at the Blue Wave Inn. Such a unique property right on the water. We stayed in December so we couldn’t really enjoy our patio or the other outdoor sitting area, but we were still able to enjoy the beautiful view! Our room was very clean & bed was comfortable. Check in was easy & the staff at Solstice Outdoors were very friendly. We had one small issue & the owners were super responsive & quick. We also loved the convenience of the coffee shop/cafe right downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time with our whole family over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious with plenty of room to both spend time together and spread out to get a little space. The host was really responsive and helpful. The house did feel a little bit like a maze to start with but was okay once you got use to it."
