"We stayed two days in this wonderful appartment which was basically equipped with anything for the daily needs. The bathroom was very spacious, well-suited for a wheelchair, but a bit spartanic in atmosphere. The view on the fields and horses was very relaxing and being away from the hustle of the Dorpsplain was very nice. The landlord and -lady were very welcoming and generous. Than you so much for everything."

"The property was roomy and immaculate. It was very comfortable with a large bed and living room. The kitchenette provided everything we needed for self catering if we wanted to eat in. Very easy to shop for food with a supermarket close by and easy access to public transport and all the sights of interest with canals on the doorstep. Friendly and useful staff, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the cottage was spacious and clean, and supplied with sufficient equipment (including a recent dishwasher and quite comfortable beds). Only 20 minutes away from Amsterdam if you fancy a visit , but Volendam itself is definitely worth exploring. We highly recommend this place ."
