"Great hotel - service was excellent for our 4 night stay. Hotel staff, especially all at the front desk are very pleasant and happy to assist. Location is perfect for getting around with the Central train station a 10 min easy walk away. Hotel is spotless, beds are very comfortable, and very quiet. The buffet breakfast is also great value and would recommend for some breakfasts. Great bike rental right across the street from the main entrance (highly recommend this mode of transportation) in Amsterdam! Overall 10/10 hotel with zero complaints! We will stay here again on our next visit. "

"This place is a true gem. I’m 53 years old and well travelled - this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff amazing and so helpful. Decor is fabulous, rooms very clean and it’s worth going with the breakfast option as that was also superb with a plethora of options and good value compared to local alternatives. Don’t think twice about booking here, you couldn’t ask for more and it’s very well situated for all city attractions. Top tip - do opt for the recommended canal cruise with Voyage and the food/drink option. Very good and right outside the hotel."
