"The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....

"We came to Rochester to visit The Strong- National Museum of play, and this was the MOST perfect apartment rental to stay In for the weekend. The game room downstairs and playground on premise is gold for a family’s traveling with kids! We actually play on making it a new annual family tradition to visit The Strong and hopefully stay at this great place!"

"I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids. "

"The Hilton is awesome. The condo was or is immaculate and and has everything except a hair dryer and iron. We brought so no big deal. The balcony was awesome but could have used some seating. There was this enormous deck with nothing to sit on to enjoy outdoors. Most importantly, the beds are horrible. There is no back support as a piece of wood was under a shabby, cheap mattress. Would not go back as we left a day early due to the poor sleeping conditions. Invest in a decent set of mattresses...

"Beautifully decorated, new condo, exactly as described and pictured. Hosts thought of everything, from a welcome basket to extra trash bags and even coffee and creamer, wow! We were so pleased with the stay, especially all the amenities and comforts of home. Thank you for sharing your home with us! "
