"What an experience! This entire property is so well done, it’s amazing. The store, the hotel, the restaurants and bars are all beautiful. The displays of live fish were really nice and lots of information on everything. The room was great with a nice two-person tub, a comfortable bed, and an outdoor balcony. "The open garage had non guests hanging out and just seemed so unsecured and sign posted "not responsible for items in car" Well, we had to check out and free breakfast was longer than expected. So we had to pay additional $50 for an hour of late checkout to keep luggage in room. Never again. "

"The Hyatt Centric is perfectly located walking distance between Beale St and the Mississippi River. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. If you’re looking to dine out and explore there are a lot of nice restaurants walking distance, no need to drive. If you don’t want to go out, the hotel has dining options too! Staff is great, Jesus was exceptional during check in, warm and friendly, service like that is a reason to come back! Thank you Hyatt for a perfect NYE evening. "

"I stay here regularly when I travel to see my family. It is very clean and well kept and the service is great. I also really like the location which is close to the freeway, but provide the sense of separation from high traffic areas. During my most recent trip, I had two problems with items in the room. The first time the coffee maker did not work and the second time the bathroom sink drain cover would not lift up. I’m sure the hotel would have sent someone up to fix it immediately, but I...

"The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. We were there for a week and were sad to leave as the front desk and shuttle drivers felt like extended family by the end of the week. The shuttle drivers were all super kind and gave us great recommendations on where to eat, shop, hangout and visit. "
