"Did not know that it was a nice hotel to get away and relax right around the corner from my house. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel as soon as you walk into the place, it smelled amazing and the staff was friendly! Will be doing all of my staycations at this hotel from here on out! But was informed that the incidentals fee would be $500, now that is outrageous for valued customers! $50 is okay, but placing a $500 hold on someone’s card is ridiculous….please re-think this because you all will lose a lot of business and everyone can’t afford $500 holds for days…I’m still waiting on the $50 hold that was placed on my card from Sunday and today is Friday. Other than the incidentals fee holding everything was PERFECT!"

"I was super impressed with this hotel. Rooms were big with a mini fridge and microwave. They even have a walk in closet! We just started one night, but if we are ever back in that area we will definitely stay again! They have a bar too! "
