"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. "For the price, the general standard of the property was OK, but there were a number of problems. First, the description "one bedroom apartment" is misleading - this is one bedroom within an apartment, not the same thing at all. Second, the area does not feel safe. It is a primarily industrial area, some of it derelict, and I would have been nervous going there late at night. Last, although it was fairly clean overall, there was a condom in its wrapper in the bedside drawer. "

"Perfect overnight accommodation when visiting the NEC. The room was comfortable and spacious, with kitchenette and shower room. The room had been pre-heated for me, which was lovely to arrive to. It was easy to find and I slept well. Only minor flaws are the automatic shower room light which goes on/off all the time (even when in there), and the shower room would benefit from a bit of maintenance. "If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing."
