"Loved this apartment for the location, convenience, cleanliness, and the view. The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response. Other than that this place had everything we wanted."

"We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection."

"Yi is an excellent host. He made us feel very welcome and promptly answered all our questions. The tidy apartment was a peaceful refuge after busy days. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch. The property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near a nature trail. It is minutes from main roads and the center of town. There is plenty of free parking. "

"Disappointed that we had to carry our luggage and groceries up 3 floors due to no elevator. Parking was an issue due to construction that was currently happening but we never saw any workers. The owner was unwilling to accommodate us when we asked for more than 2 bath towels. Location was ok for our day trips. "

"My daughter and her husband with 2 children ages 2 and 5 stayed here while visiting my other daughter’s family. This was close to parks, every kind of food anyone could want was within walking distance, coffee shop right across the street. The house is amazing!"

"Cute little table on a patio to sit outside. Fairly private. Comfy (super comfy!) beds. Laundry, big bathtub. Everything was perfect for our stay. Only spent a couple of days and it was a welcome retreat after a long day of hiking and seeing the sights. We had a personal issue come up and our hosts were very accommodating of our needs. "
