"A truly magical place! Great service. Kind and helpful people. Management repeatedly went out of their way to ensure we were pleased and taken care of. Dining options while limited (that is to say there is one restaurant) was nonetheless wonderful! Again, service made it superior. I could write paragraphs about the views…. And both our sunrise and sunsets were literally a once in a lifetime experience! I rarely speak in superlatives. Something about sitting in full view of the Himalayas with a fire going and enjoying a snifter of very fine cognac …. Need I say more? Not sure if we will ever get back, but if we do, I can’t imagine staying elsewhere. "

"From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable. The restaurant and bar area on top of the hotel lends to the best view of Boudhanath close by. The spa is wonderful. The hotel does not have a fitness center but that would be my only complaint. This place is a definite recommendation for anyone staying in Kathmandu. Highly recommend. Others maybe be cheaper but cleanliness and sanitary conditions are worth the cost. Trust me. I tried the cheaper options first. Not worth it at all…"
