"I arrived with a confirmation in hand and hadn’t expected any difficulty checking in but I spent over an hour but that certainly wasn’t the hotel’s fault! I used points from a Hotels.com gift card to pay for the room and the desk clerk said the card had been declined. Lots of time on the phone, working with several reps, but it was the desk clerk who finally got it straightened out. The last rep I had spoken to said she’d move me to a different hotel. That seems silly to me—just get the card authorized and let me have my room! I appreciate the time and effort of the desk clerk!"

"It was nice. other guest were respectful of quiet hours. The refridgerator was noisy and the blackout curtains were far from the wall and with a super bright exterior light outside my window, a lot of light came in. Staff was nice and friendly, breakfast is in line with price paid, and bed was comfortable."
