"Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel location is excellent because it is right across the central train station and the mall. "Schoenes Hotel, aber ich haette mir gewuenscht, dass es gluten freies Brot gibt und wenn nicht dann rechtzeitig Bescheid gesagt wird. Ich hatte extra nachgefragt. Ich bekam die Nachricht, als wir schon unterwegs waren. 12 Euro fuers Parken finde ich zuviel und die Miniflaschen mit Duschgel und Shampoo sind nicht mehr zeitgerecht. Abfall vermeiden mit Wand montierten Flaschen, finde ich deutlich besser. Davon abgesehen: schoenes Zimmer, tolle Lage, gutes Fruehstueck und auch eine sehr schoene...

"If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it. "
