"We had a one night stay as we was visiting Norwich. We have stayed before and found the hotel very nice. We did'nt book breakfast on this stay as we feel breakfast does let them down in this area. We did use the bar area on arrival for a couple of drinks before going back to our room to get ready for our evening out. We love the old look bar which resembles a pub. It could do with being staffed more "

"Staying away for work for 1-night. Room comfortable, ensuite was small. Went to use the pool but it was very small and very busy, so didn't bother. I was in room 311, which was at the start of the corridor, so later in evening there was an amount of noise outside room with others returning to their rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Got parked in car park close to main entrance. Walked to a nearby pub for dinner. All in all a pleasant stay"

"A wonderful stay at the holiday inn on nye. We was attending the nye party at the hotel so gave us everything we need. The only disappointment we had was we didnt know in advance that the pool would shut early and open late the next day so we wouldnt get to use it very much. But this all worked as the lovely girls on the desk booked me late check out so we were able to make the most of it after we had a complimentary breakfast that was added on to. "From start to finish. The service was impeccable. Helen was very helpful. Very dog friendly hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was fairly big. Would def recommend and i will be going back at some point. "

"Pub is lovely, great atmosphere, outdoor winter seating was cosy and a real selling point. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. It could have done with a more powerful shower. Slightly disappointed as didn't realise we would be staying away from the pub. We were waiting just over an hour to check in because our room wasn't ready. Booked in for breakfast for half 9, unfortunately by the time we had had our cooked breakfast we went to get pastries...

"Basic but spotlessly clean. Good for a short stay where all I needed was bed and breakfast. My only complaint was that I was not warned that parking was restricted (on Saturdays as well as weekdays) and I got a ticket. Not really their fault, but maybe something to note."

"The check in and welcome was the best we've ever experienced anywhere! It was such a massive surprise and so refreshing. We travelled with a dog and were instantly put at ease and made to feel welcome and like returning guests. We cannot praise this lovely lady enough! "This hotel is great , ive stayed here numerous times due to work. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the pool and spa really are a added bonus. The rooms are clean,warm and have a fridge which is good when you are staying all week. The car park is big enough so never struggled to park my van. The only issue I have had is due to the allowance i have for working away there are times when i have had to find other accommodation due to the price fluctuating, if it wasnt for that then myself and others would probably be here constantly for the next 2 years. "
