Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. "Amazing hotel and staff. Easy ski in&out, very convenient on the slopes. Great view from rooms. SPA and especially sessions with Hannah was a real treat. Very good pizza and food. Highly recommend. Only fall back is you need a taxi to come back from apres-ski and if you dine in the town."

We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. "I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. "The place has beautiful surroudings, but the place needs an upgrade to match the beautiful mountains. Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive. "Vi synes virkelig at det er på sin plass og informere skikkelig om at nøkkelkort utleveres på hotellet og ikke på stedet. Det er få parkeringsplasser og vi brukte lang tid på denne prosessen før vi skulle finne rommet og ble møtt med en liten plakat hvor det sto at utlevering skjer på Raddison. Veldig irriterende. "Hadde et greit opphold. Hotellet bærer preg av dårlig vedlikehold og mangler litt på modernisering. Vegger og tak er betongkonstruksjon, men det er likevel lytt inn til naborom og opp til et bråkete aktivitetsrom. Sengene bar også preg av alderen, med knakende tresenger og madrass fra 80-tallet. "Left stranded. The property did not send the entry instructions for after-hours entry, even though they clearly advertised that they would. I NEVER got into my room and had to drive 60 kilometers to Sogndal late at night to find another room. I am a foreigner and could not get their phone number to work to ask for instructions. I left several messages through Expedia with no reply. The hotel in Sogndal included a breakfast and bedding and a very nice stay for roughly the same price as this...

"Awful,rang numbers provided no one ever answered.No outside lights after arriving in the dark.Apartment was tired and in welcoming,you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels,despite having a double bed and duvet I only received 1 pillow case and two pillows. Absolutely awful."
