"Fantastic place to stay within easy walking distance to rail service's and the river. Room was very spacious with small kitchen and plenty of places to hang clothes. Bed was very comfortable only down side was the plug in the wah hand basin once pushed down to fill sink with water to shave, i didnt know you had to go under the sink and fiddle about with rod's to push the plug back up to allow water to drain away. "Super clean and great indoor cleanliness. The hotel is also good. Had a very hard time for the taxi guy to locate this place. People around it had not heard and there were other people whom we met who also had trouble locating this place. They better provide some landmarks like next to City Hall or so."

"Great hotel, location and staff. Issues: - bike storage should have proper racks to give more security to cyclists. We had no issues, but i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike at first and you are not allowed to keep them in your room. - i think their ecofriendliness could be improved by leaving soap bars, as ours was swapped with a new one every day even though it had been hardly used."

"Attractive buildings set in park-like grounds around a lake. Modern comfortable rooms. Excellent food both for evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is terrible. It desperately needs renovation and refurbishment. My room was disgusting. Horrible decor and furnishings from the ‘80s (I’m not joking), stains on the carpet, dirty shower. You sense dirt. Communal areas are dirty, bland and soulless. The pool area was cold, smelly and unappealing. If I wasn’t so tired on arrival, I’d have walked out. Staff were very unwelcoming. Breakfast gave a new meaning to basic. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in for at least 10 years. This...

"A good option for an overnight stay if you're visiting the town or the massive shopping outlet. You have to get the key from the main hotel next to the station but the room was nice and we had good nights sleep. Breakfast is in the main hotel and parking is a bit of a walk on the other side of the railway station but we'd definitely stay again."
