"Quando arrivate assicuratevi di avere con voi sapone per le mani perché non è’ fornito ed anche la carta igienica era già iniziata e meno di mezzo rotolo . Questo lo trovo assolutamente una nota negativa , arrivi tardi in camera vuoi farti una doccia e neanche un goccio di sapone . Altra cosa c’era un cattivo odore di aceto in camera che forse era dovuto alla pulizia , ma forse sarebbe stato meglio usare un altro profumo .."

It is not self checkin- the send location only thru email and expect you to check in at front desk. They are run partially like a resort/hotel and partially vacation rentals and treat each very differently. 1/4 roll of toilet paper left for us had to beg for more since we just got there cause we were with the vacation rental side. "The vacation apartment was fine for our stay, but the lack of basic amenities like towels, toilet paper and soaps makes it difficult for guests from abroad to enjoy the experience. Luckily we had family nearby to get some basic stuff from, but you can’t expect to bring these things with you on the airplane. Having a bed linen package is great, but there should also be a package with other things. Otherwise the stay was nice, the apartment was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. "

"Property would benefit from including some towels and tea towels, bedding is rented not automatically provided. There are no hairdryers or an iron provided. The stairs to the first floor are very narrow and curved, we would not recommend elderly or young children stay because of these! All of the above would make the stay a little easier. "We enjoyed our long weekend- the appointment was really cozy and I personally liked the furniture and style. I also like the nature and calmness. The check in and out was very smooth."

"My brief weekend trip to Maastricht was made even more special by the kindness and efforts of Francine during my stay in her lovely home to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. I will look forward to returning to enjoy this lovely spot again!"
