"Amazing! The staff was phenomenal from start to finish. We were in the area for a surprise birthday weekend for my fiancé. The staff treated him like a king for his birthday. From a card, free ice cream, a bottle of champagne (waiting in the room), to personal birthday wishes from the staff. He was blown away, as was I. Food in the restaurant was top notch and a full hot breakfast this morning, that was included in our stay was great! Room was clean, comfy, and very nice. We will most definitely be back many more times. "

We were on our way of the elevator being out of service when we arrived, and they were able to accommodate us and put us on the first floor, which was crucial. "
