"Went for two nights mid-week with my partner and our dog to celebrate my birthday. Lovely little well kept and decorated property. With nice touches like fresh eggs, milk, homemade cakes and fresh flowers when you arrive. Literally on a working farm with all of the hustle and bustle you would expect, but it still felt private, with great views over the fields. Well stocked kitchen, we cooked both nights we were there. Plenty of walking spots nearby and unrestricted use of the hot tub. "

The view from the front of the cottage over the reservoir is gorgeous, and a first floor reading nook is so cosy and gives the feeling of being by the sea side! The property is really tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home from home. The check in process was really smooth and easy to understand. The weather during our visit was terrible but we would love to come back again with better weather to take advantage of all...

"Not quite as it looked in the advert . The outside table and chairs give the impression you can sit out in a courtyard ..it's actually the drive up to the other property's . The next property was occupied by seven lads on a stag weekend who all came in there cars , therefore nowhere to park for our two cars .the weekend was also marred by the taxi turning up at the lads accommodation with a young lady in what can only be described as as nurses outfit and heels ...
