"Very costly food and drink and everything you request or do there is a charge. Also the room service could be better. Sheets are not changed upon request unless you pay an extra fee. The location was good along with the beach and pool areas. Next time we go to Hawaii we would look for other options. Finally the staff hounds you to listen to their time share spiel. Very obnoxious as it lasts 90 min. Not worth it. Thanks "

Mauna View by Avantstay 10min to Beach, Backyard

"We had a wonderful stay. Property was as pictured. The biggest challenges we found is that the area you need to drive through to get to the property is very run down. The property is about a 30 min drive from any safe amenity such as a grocery, gas station etc. If you want to just stay in one place your whole trip this is the place. But if you want to explore around it is not. I would have liked the property to have also listed that there were things like - washer and dryer, hair dryer, general cooking things like some spices etc. I would have also liked some recommendations of potentially safe beaches. While it says close to beach we didn’t risk going to any local because of the number of homeless people at many of the local beaches. All in all, property is clean and nice. The gated community in which it is located provides some additional security in a very unsafe and run down part of Oahu. "

Amazing

"This place is amazing as is the host. All the plants and trees and a mountain! The location is very convenient. We spent hours just sitting on the patio enjoying the location. The accommodations were top notch. The host and her mother have such pride in the property, as they have every right to. We loved staying there. It is so tranquil there you can actually here the echo of the ocean bounce off of the mountain. We love the place and will most definitely be back. Viewing the nite sky is outstanding. I can’t say enough about the location or the host. Absolutely the best."

"We had the most incredible stay at Jojo's place in Hawaii! From the start, Jojo was a superstar—her communication before our arrival was spot on, and she gave us insider tips on the best beaches only locals know about. She was always available with suggestions on what to see and do, which made our trip so much more special.The house itself? Wow! It was even better than we imagined—tons of space for our family to spread out, super clean, and in such a peaceful area. At night, we loved stepping outside to enjoy the quiet and do some serious stargazing. Absolute magic.And let’s talk about the extras—beach mats, boogie boards, and more were right there for us to use, making beach days a breeze. Jojo really thought of everything to make our trip easy and unforgettable.We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Mahalo, Jojo, for making our Hawaiian getaway perfect!"
