"We loved the property! Our family, which included 2 very young grandchildren all felt comfortable in this historic home with 2 modern bathrooms. I loved the open kitchen and family rooms, and the original wide plank floors. Plus, we were happy to find toys to entertain the 3 year old. The owners were very gracious and responsive. "The house looked like an abandoned property. It was dirty and gross. The sheets had hair on them. We actually couldn't stay. We were hopeful that after taking pictures and sending them, we have some sort of recoupment but we did not. "We were two couples and a teenager and the house was plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and basics (salt, olive oil, etc.).
