"The Host's seem to put a lot of effort into making sure you have a great stay! The property is well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, lots of backup stock on towels and sheets, it was very clean, and the Host was easy and quick to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and even saw deer every day we were there! "

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the house was clean, comfortable and nice. There is a very large tv system in the basement which made for fun movie watching on a big comfortable couch. Adequate kitchen supplies and nice W/D setup. My only recommendation would be that the owners upgrade the curtains in the house. The sheer curtains over the front window don't provide much privacy and the bedrooms have odd half length curtains so there is no way to block out the neighbors porch light...

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location, right on the river for our early Thanksgiving meal with family. Since it was late November and rainy, we were not able to appreciate all of the amenities, including the river, playground, and yard. The view of the river was gorgeous! "

"A cute little house that gets the job done for 2-5 people. It is small and although it has good modern updates, signs of it being an old house exists such as sticky doors that don’t latch well. A bit of a stretch to call it ‘high end.’ There’s only one bathroom which has the only mirror in the house. Would benefit from putting up other mirrors in the bedrooms so as to not occupy the bathroom for things like hair/makeup. "

We have been at many vacation rentals and have never seen anyone with attention to the detail that was at this house. "We were visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving and there weren't enough beds so we found this place. It was perfect. We were able to come to our own place every night after a day of family fun and wind down, sleep well, and wake ready for the next day of family fun. Everything you would need was provided, included items i forgot like phone charger and shampoo. The hosts thought of everything. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We will stay here again!"

"Place was exactly as advertised, and our family had a great few days in the area enjoying the fall colors. Saw a thuggish gang of turkeys in the backyard but we held our ground and the pictures were awesome. Had two deer try to run us off the road on a hike up the lovely street however some alert evasion on their part gave us only laughter as a result. The area is awesome for anyone who loves the outdoors and America."
