"Location of this wonderful western style hotel, adjacent Yamashita park and short walk to China Town, was a bonus. The real pleasure, and why I'll be back, were the plushly appointed room -- with a long, deep bath!! -- and the personable, professional staff. Concierge went out of her way to promptly arrange parking and luggage storage tho we arrived hours early plus dinner reservations nearby. Monte Cristo breakfast (ham, cheese melt) was clincher. Five star accommodation that lives up to its reputation. "

"10 min walk to Yokohama Station, not an issue if travelling light. Comfortable bed, clean facilities, nice amenities, convenient coin laundry, enjoyed the public bath. Only thing is I wish we had 2 keys so my roommate didn't have to come along or wait in the room to open the door when I wanted to go to the bath, for example. The key is required to have power in the room. Maybe they would have given me an extra if I asked? Anyway, perfect and affordable stay. Friendly staff."

Nearly everything is within walking distance to include subways and the train station. Hotel does have parking available. Highly recommended. "

"Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel. "
