"The home was spacious and provided recreation for kids with hot tub, gym, ping pong, foosball, and game. However, property was advertised as 9 bedrooms and 7 baths. My family looked forward to spreading out but 4 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were locked. Text host to see if he would open them but he declined. That was disappointing."

"Nice entryway, lots of room for shoes. 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms were spacious. Nice size livingroom. Need more cookware for kitchen, and would recommend fixing the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and a better foundation for the attic bed. Moving slats caused the mattress to sag, especially at the foot of the bed. We would stay again. "

"I enjoyed everything about this property except the description stated there were 2 steps to enter property. It failed to metro the 15 stairs once you opened the door. My aunt struggled with this so be aware when booking this property if you have accessibility needs. "

"A movie was being produced at our home.We needed to relocate for the week.We loved the house. All the rooms were clean & organized . Kitchen was well equipped .We met the neighbors! Lovely people !The only draw back is the stairs. Bathrooms are upstairs & in finished basement , but otherwise lovely"

"This was our Christmas gathering place for family from 4 states. Beautiful home and location. "

"The house was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The views looking out over the Bayville cove and Mill Neck were very pretty, and sitting out by the pool was enjoyable. We had a very nice and friendly greeter meet us when we arrived and she helped us choose from the many fine restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall we had a very pleasant stay."

"Very comfortable stay with lots of room to spread out. Interesting older house with many unique features. We were happy to learn that they recently installed a new furnace and a dishwasher. Lots of cookware and dishes. We spread out over two dining rooms for mealtime which worked well for us. "
