"We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! Thanks Ann, we hope to return."

"Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to...

"We had a great stay here and really enjoyed the area and the property. My only two things to flag that I would have changed. Were it was only very near our stay that we were informed we would need to bring our own towels. We felt this should have been highlighted before booking. And we were disappointed that there was no milk to start us off as it is quite a rural area and we arrived later in the evening. "

Kitchen had everything, inc. a cafetière, salt & pepper grinders, dedicated drawer of superbly sharp knives(!) & a resident kitchen spider who earnt her keep by catching a mosquito! The bed is huge - could easily fit 3 people! (Duvet cover is a bit noisy/rustles like taffeta when it moves, so light sleepers with partners prone to nocturnal limb flailing might be kept awake by this. "This property was perfect for our needs. We loved the location, the amenities were as described, and Dan responded to questions very quickly. We stayed 2 weeks; using public transportation the entire time was very convenient and allowed us to hike, explore and fall in love with Yorkshire. "Family get together for 2 big birthdays. Had a great weekend, only the CV didn't work, but after contacting, host the maintenance man came, gave us back the hot water supply and brought 6 electric heaters, so we were nice and warm again. Bedrooms are large, bathrooms nice and modern! Would definitely come back again!"

"The property was much smaller than expected and we were disappointed by the quality of furnishings and equipment some of which were old (floor coverings and kitchen utensils) and unacceptable in our view. We felt the photographs had been staged and larger groups would have struggled to have had a comfortable experience. The shower was difficult to use and was inaccessible for those who might have any physical issues and particularly so if pregnant or with balance problems. "
