"The staff where lovely ,the food delicious especially breakfast, the resteraunt and bar area was very nice. The problem was our accomodation location, which was in the annexe if you have mobility issues there is a short very steep path down to it so we had to use car to get up and down to the main building other than it was a perfect stay we wii be back We will ve returning for another stay"

"My friends and I had a great three nights at the King's Head. The accommodation was good with a sizable and clean room. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. We ate in the restaurant twice during our stay and the menu was varied and quality was good. The hotel bar serves a wide selection of spirits and wine and the beer from the two local breweries was excellent. "

"Stayed in the family room which was great, spacious, more than just one big room and with a huge bathroom ( photos attached ). Nice little touches in the room such as bottled water, biscuits, etc. A bonus that we were able to take our dog. Everything in the hotel was well thought out. Breakfast was good included bacon & sausage sandwiches. We ate in the restaurant that night, all our meals were of a very high standard especially the steak one. The building was full of character, staff lovely and the village was well placed for things to do in the local area besides being very pretty and quaint. Ideal spot for hiking/ walking. Would highly recommend. "
