We arrived very late and as reception was closed for the night had not been left any key or self check in keys. The night caretaker was extremely helpful in finding out booking and coming out in the rain to give us the keys and check us in. "We booked so we could go on the Grand Cliff Walk from Wentworth Falls to Scenic World. We chose here because it's not far off the track in case we needed to go take a break. However, the weekend was the worst weather, so we didn't end up going. But still, we had a great weekend away in Katoomba, and our room was perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean, very quiet (no noise from the carpark or from neighbours). Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here again. "
