"My husband and I stayed here as we attended a concert at the Qudos Arena, it was not a far drive to the arena and it had MANY shops, eatery’s, bars all surrounding the hotel, we didn’t need to travel far for what my husband says “a good beer!” And great food. Hotel was super comfortable and clean, will definitely be back again. "

"Staffs were friendly at reception, For house keeping staffs didn’t changed my bedsheets which need to be changed, whereas they did washroom cleaning n emptied rubbish bin.one staff came n did help to do wifi connection, still Wifi connection was not working so while my stay I used my phone data .Overall everything was good . Love the stay because quest allowed me to decorate my room to celebrate my Hubby bday so appreciate it. Room service staffs needs improvement I believe when they come in they need to change bedsheets that’s why we ask for room service. "
