"I stay at this hotel a few times a year. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast room is clean, has lots of variety and well-kept by the diligent staff. The cleaning staff, maintenance staff, breakfast staff are really nice and friendly and always willing to help with special requests. The hotel is still under renovation, so there is work being done to keep in mind. The one downfall is the government subsidized tenants. They prop doors open and have sketchy guests in and out all hours. They can't do much about it, I did notice they put them on the top floor this stay so that helps. You don't see them as much. The ice machine was down this time or I wouldn't have known they were there anymore at all. The daytime shuttle drivers are fantastic! Always on time and so friendly and helpful. I love this hotel for the staff and service they provide. Once the property is renovated and the pool is open again it will be a 5 star all around. "
