"Lovely location and a lovely apartment with views all across. It is evident there has been attention to detail and amenities are admirable. Even a HDMI cable is there if needed and every room has TV which works great. A great location to visit Lake District. My son had misplaced his crocs so I called the owner as I made my way back to property- he took great care to inform the cleaners to search the property, it was a lovely gesture I thought."

Surprisingly quiet and feels much safer than you’d think on first impression. Like most serviced apartments, could do with some tlc. A few hours tidying up decor, flooring etc would make all the difference. No iron. Good price overall. "

"TYAN cottage is an absolute gem of establishment. Emma’s hospitality is second to none. Views amazing and change from room to room. Wildlife on your door step. With the exception of the occasional Moo from the cows absolute silence. Definitely a place I’ll visit again, even if just to get away and enjoy the landscape."

"Had a wonderful weekend away and this little gem is in the heart of the centre which is great. Very compact&quite small but very cute. Parked car opposite on paid carpark. Decor is beautiful,bit dark for applying make-up ladies and had trouble 1st day with no hot water but within 10mins it was sorted so all good. "

"What can i say, everything was perfect. Upon entering the building using the very clear instructions and getting our key, to entering the room. Room 2 Coniston. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed. Dog friendly room with a dog bed, bowl, treats and towel. Booked again for November Perfect location, you really are at the centre of the town. "
