"This place is great! Close to Salem and just a train ride to Boston. Quiet neighborhood and close to local stores and restaurants. I stay there with my husband, Aunt and cousin all in our seventies. This is not a place for seniors or people with disabilities. The entrance you have stairs to the porch and steep stairs to the the apartment which made it hard for us. I don’t know if this is normal for this part of the country.But overall the place was nice and well stocked. Suggestion: "

"I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning...

My contact with the host was good although my first message went to spam and took a little time for a reply, but after that one incident response was quick . Although it is still in salem it is slightly further out we ended up getting an uber a few times. So keep this in mind if you have walking issues. But on the whole our stay was great!!!"

"Super unique! Very walkable to all the fun stuff downtown. I give this place 4.5 stars. My only beef is its terribly expensive for a 1 bathroom and the living room is cool, but uncomfortable. Great for insta pics and all that, but if you think you're gonna unwind an watch a scary movie its not gonna happen. The couches are more decorative.
