"To stay in such a beautifully restored historic mansion was a real treat, and such a fun way to get our whole family together to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house has a lot of space to gather together, but with several individual parlors, it also made it easy to visit or play games in smaller groups. The kitchen is a good size and well stocked for preparing meals, and having 2 ovens, sinks, and dishwashers was helpful. The owners have created a very comfortable guest house with lovely rooms and suites, each one a little different. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend. I forgot to sign the guestbook since we were busy visiting with family, so I'll mention my only suggestion would be to put a photo album or book in the house with before and after pictures, along with pictures of the renovation, and a little background info so guests can really appreciate the history of this amazing house."

"Very clean property in a good location. Did decide it was more for the younger set than us older people. Would have liked better lighting and more convenient laundry options. Finally realized if we used the front door we didn’t have that big step into the kitchen. Great tv that we could actually work and comfortable bed. Window coverings would be a nice addition. Checkout was a breeze. "
