Nous avons finalement dû contacter le service client d’Abritel pour obtenir un dédommagement. Quelques minutes plus tard, j’ai reçu un mail d’Abritel indiquant que notre réservation avait été annulée, car le logement avait été réservé par d’autres voyageurs sur une autre plateforme. "Great location for Metro station and grocery options. Apartment was lacking in basic kitchen items, less than one bath towel per guest and no hand towels. No dish clothes, no dishwasher soap. No shampoo or soap provided. Chair in living room was unusable."

"Good-Beautiful view, close to train and restaurants. Needs improvement-heaters did not warm the apartment, no hand towels or wash cloths provided, took me a while to figure out washer/dryer settings, had to purchase washing and dish detergent. Bathroom with toilet felt dark and dirty. Welcome packet with instructions for appliances and things near by/recommendations would be nice. Inability to have visitors or be charged put a damper on the trip as we were traveling with another family."

"Excellent vacation property managed professionally by Holidu – nice to see this vs. just a random listing with incorrect details, has all the amenities you would need – microwave, washer and dryer combo, toilet area separate with small sink and main bathroom that has a large fully enclosed shower with handheld and great water pressure. "Le site nous a loué ce logement sans l'autorisation du propriétaire ! Nous avons dû chercher une location par nous même (. 2 fois plus cher ) hôtel avec 2 chambres éloignées... Vive les vacances familiales prévues . Le site nous a remboursé la location initiale mais 1/2 journée perdue et beaucoup d'argent dépensé non prévu !!!"

"Safe, quiet and good value during off peak season. I was lucky to get a room with an Effiel Tower View. The room had a kitchette and I was able to cook some simple meals. There was a dining table and chairs so it felt homely. It's about 8-10 mins walk to the Asnieres Sur Seine train station so it's convenient. Taking the train from Asnieres to Paris St Lazare metro was easy with frequent trains. Supermarkets, cafes and shops were near the station so it's super convenient to pick up daily essentials. I was here for 18 days."

"Great location with easy walking access to Stade Jean Bouin. Large room for 3 of us with good size bathroom. Despite being full the hotel was very quiet inside. Free hot drinks and cold water avaliable all of the time in reception. Very relaxed vibe. Woukd stay again."
