"Safe, quiet and good value during off peak season. I was lucky to get a room with an Effiel Tower View. The room had a kitchette and I was able to cook some simple meals. There was a dining table and chairs so it felt homely. It's about 8-10 mins walk to the Asnieres Sur Seine train station so it's convenient. Taking the train from Asnieres to Paris St Lazare metro was easy with frequent trains. Supermarkets, cafes and shops were near the station so it's super convenient to pick up daily...

"Location was great with easy transport links into centre of Paris with large supermarket and bakery nearby. The inventory of the kitchen didn't quite match what was in the cupboards but it had all we needed to make a quick breakfast and packed lunches. We never cooked an evening meal but it would have had to have been fairly basic. It met our needs well while we visited the city for the Olympics."

"The only concern was laundry terrible , only one machine and people go and leaves their clothes in the machine and they don’t have rules about it. Also no coins machine and they don’t have change at the lobby. But all the rest was perfect. "

"L’hôtel est parfaite pour explorer Paris C’est vraiment facile il y a un tram à deux minutes de l’hôtel pis juste devant il y a une très bonne boulangerie Les croissants au chocolat des viennoises Des sandwiches à cinq euros. "My stay was really very successful I stayed for 7 nights in a basic studio, I liked the property very much ..what I liked best about the place; the staff were very friendly and cooperative especially Ruth and Leo, and all the rest.. the Residhome is 10 minutes walking ro Quatre Temps and CNIT mall, which made it excellect close to the shopping area and having super U supermarket just in front of the hotel was an advantage ..the metro and RER were 10 minutes away which made it good location...

"The property was fine for our four night stay. It was located close to a metro station. The shower could be better, it had a seal broken so water would leak out. Other than that, the room was fine. "

"Great location with easy walking access to Stade Jean Bouin. Large room for 3 of us with good size bathroom. Despite being full the hotel was very quiet inside. Free hot drinks and cold water avaliable all of the time in reception. Very relaxed vibe. Woukd stay again."
