"A very nice hotel, stunning unspoilt views of the lake. Quick check in and check out with a personable service. My only negative was that for such a luxurious hotel, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, this is such an out dated practice and definitely dampens the experience when you can’t make a drink to enjoy on your balcony. "I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. "Extremely recommendable hotel. By any standard, this hotel is excellent. I was specially impressed with the room quality and size. All new, high quality in-room amenities worthy of a 5 star hotel world wide. Of course, cleanliness is perfect. Service is ok for a small hotel and no complains. Breakfast is very good. "As others have said. Sutomatic light in toilet is annoying during the night. When checking in, it asked for country of residence and Australia doesnt exist. So we said Austria. It worked! Good size room for this type of hotel. Big enough even for a second chair but there isn't one."
