Upon our arrival, the internal road leading to the hotel was completely covered in snow. The staff went above and beyond their duties by assisting us in clearing the path, ensuring we could safely reach the hotel. Their hospitality was deeply appreciated. The dinner and breakfast was excellent. "Great lodge with Sauna, rooms were all a good size and 3 bathrooms was a massive help. No cost on the local buses if you are a skier. Restaurant good and so is the shop, swimming pool is lovely but needs to be warmer esp for little ones."

"We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for toilet paper refill and know where guest can take it from. Another thing is that you never sent us the code for the garage. Good that we called in advance and asked ourselves. The person didn't know to say if the garage is connected to the hotel but at least gave us the code. Good thing we did it because you never sent it, and when we called on arrival since things didn't work for us initially, no one have answered the phone. Otherwise everything was great."
