The owner clearly spends time and effort on the grounds however, we were disappointed by the lack of privacy in our room, it being directly adjacent to the breakfast room with all the accompanying intrusive noise.We were warned the previous evening by the proprietor that this was likely altho we did not realise it would be quite so loud. "We loved this spacious house in the beach. Tony was an amazing host. He had everything ready for us to just walk in and relax. There is a Four Square right next door and a wonderful take away. The only small thing is there is only 2 toilet for the house. We still loved this place. Most comfortable beds of our whole trip. "

"What a great cottage, location and surrounds. We stayed for a week bad thoroughly spoilt! So peaceful with birds singing in the garden, great sunrises and views of the pacific and across to Cape Kidnappers. Great location with so many places and walks close by.
