Arlene made us very welcome on check-in and showed us around the property and how things worked, we also got fresh eggs from Arlene's hens , which was a lovely touch Whilst here we visited Glen Moray distillery in Elgin, other distilleries are available, in fact there are loads around here. The kitchen was quite adequate, the bedrooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The views were gorgeous! "The property was one of the best we have stayed in. It was well equipped with good quality items. The situation was very private so no disturbance. It was very comfortable and we liked the supply of excellent quality bath robes. Our only negative was the garden which was not nice.The patio area was full of weeds and could have done with some maintenance and perhaps some pots with shrubs or flowers to brighten up the place"

"4 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms made it a perfect place to spread out. As a mom, i loved having a washer and dryer available. My girls loved having a small private yard to run around in. We sent one message about the TV/Netflix to the owner and never heard back, but other than that everything was wonderful."

"Traditional cottage that has been renovated to a high standard. Everything you need, has been provided. Great extras included - such as logs for the fire and nice toiletries. A lovely welcome gift also, including one for the dog! Alan, the owner, met us on arrival and could not have been nicer.
